Located in Chalfont Saint Giles, Buckinghamshire, the Jubilee & Shelley Shakman Trust, known locally as the Jubilee Homes,  exists to provide housing accommodation for persons who are in need, hardship or distress and who are resident in the area. Some of our properties are flats designed for the elderly to retire in for life, and our other properties are designed for occupation for circa 36 months to allow families time to get "back on their feet"  

The trust is a charity and charge monthly maintenance contributions for their properties, 

in line with published Equivalent Fair Rents, as set out by the Valuation Office Agency
